WALKING ABANDONED WALLS
East Haddam, Connecticut, USA 2006
I walk on the many stone walls located throughout the fields in an old abandoned New England farmstead. For all their labor-intensive construction several hundred years ago, these walls now stand deserted amid the fields that are slowly returning to woodland.
The work was carried out at I-Park Artists’ Residency, East Haddam, Connecticut, U.S.A.
