POST PERFORMANCE POLAROIDS
2001-2004
Polaroid photos were originally used in my durational performances as a way to capture and show images as the work progressed.
Some of these polaroids were then pulled open, and new works created by scratching, drawing, painting into and onto the emulsion, sometimes leaving traces of the original performance photo, and sometimes obliterating it.
